Terms of Service

By inviting or using SuperBot ("the bot", "we", "our") on Discord, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Discord and this bot.

Use of the bot

• SuperBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• Do not use the bot for spam, abuse, harassment or violations of Discord's Terms
• Server owners and administrators are responsible for how moderation, economy and other features are used on their server
• Do not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer or overload the bot or its hosting infrastructure

SuperBot Pro

SuperBot Pro is an optional paid subscription (currently €5/month per server) that unlocks AI chat. Payments are currently accepted via PayPal only; Stripe (card) will be added in the future. AI replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate — do not rely on them for legal, medical or financial advice.

Data & privacy

Our collection and use of data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using SuperBot you also accept that policy.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the bot online but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or outages may occur without notice.

Activity Arcade

Games are provided for entertainment only. Scores and leaderboards may be reset during maintenance, updates or bug fixes. We do not guarantee permanent storage of game statistics.

Limitation of liability

SuperBot is not liable for any damages arising from use of the bot, including moderation actions taken by server staff, loss of virtual currency or XP, Activity scores, AI-generated content, or server configuration errors.

Termination

We may restrict or remove access to the bot for servers or users that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may remove the bot from your server at any time. Cancelling Pro stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SuperBot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
